#2 Quotation & Consultation
Based on your idea, we provide a quote and suggest suitable materials, sizes, and casting methods. Technical and commercial details are confirmed here.
#3 Artwork & 3D Modeling
Our designers create 2D artwork and, if needed, 3D CAD models for approval. We revise designs until you're satisfied.
#4 Mold Development
A custom mold is crafted based on the approved design. This ensures accurate reproduction in casting.
#5 Sample Production
We produce a bronze sample using your mold for quality and detail confirmation. Photos or physical samples can be sent for review.
#6 Mass Production
Upon approval, we start bulk production with strict quality control at every stage—from casting to finishing and polishing.
